Sonja Dessert & Santé prepares a full range of fine, gluten-free pastries. Flours used vary according to the recipe and include rice, millet, quinoa, tapioca and maize flours.
Base ingredients are guaranteed free from additives and preservatives, and as fare as possible, are locally produced. Eggs are also guaranteed free-range, are Swiss and carry the label "Natura".

At last!!!! Sonja has thought of all individuals suffering from food allergies and has created delicious, "sweet-n-healthy" treats. This is a relief for parents whose children are lactose or gluten intolerant!!!!!
