Contemporary and creative dance:
Source of well-being, expression of our times, the dance we teach allows each one to become aware of his or her body as a whole: a stretched and supple back, without tension, a well-grounded center, alive, a relaxed neck, eyes open wide, a solid, agile pair of mobile legs, a rich body language. The dance is an intense bodily and relational experience that extends well beyond the context of entertainment. (...)
Through exercises, games or stories children discover shape, space, energy, time, flexibility and expressiveness. They address contemporary dance technique, develop their imagination and their sensitivity, making for full body learning. They are also asked to communicate orally in connection with specific research or for the preparation of a show. We recommend that children from age should be motivated to take two classes per week.
