Since their move, the animals living in La Garenne enjoy large and beautiful spaces, what a contrast with the old facility! It's just magnificent! The missions of this animal park perched above Gland, in the middle of the countryside, are to help children become aware of the local fauna, to collect and take care injured animals, and to save and reintroduce endangered species. Open every day of the year, the park offers a great educational family activity: you can observe the animals from very close up or from high up on footbridges, you can even enter the aviaries and they are more beautiful and endearing one than the other. Our favourites are otters, wolves and foxes... A zip line, a picnic area, a restaurant (closed due to COVID at the moment) and a shop complete the attraction.
