If you wish to take classes to learn how to carry baby in the baby sling or scarf, here is a list of instructors in the Geneva area.
I personally carried my first two newborns without a scarf but in a traditional baby-carrier and found them both soothed down and calmer. This also allowed me to work about the house while keeping them close to me. I think I'll test the scarf/sling concept for the third new comer!
